BRIDGEPORT - A fire broke out inside a Bridgeport restaurant Friday night, but the owners were able to control the blaze before anyone was injured. Fire officials say by the time they arrived at the scene, the owners of Terra Brasilis Restaurant on North Avenue had evacuated all of the diners. They say the blaze started inside the external ductwork of the building.

Raging fire consumes home on West Avenue
BRIDGEPORT--A raging fire consumed an abandoned house on West Avenue shooting bright orange flames as high as 50 feet in the air which forced firefighters and police to evacuate nearby residents close down two streets and detour traffic at 8:45 p.m. Saturday.

The original box was for 410 State St (Adam-3) but the actual fire was at 600 State St. The fire involved a printing press. The normally assigned 1st-due ladder was off duty at the shop.
